FabAru - September 29, 2018Solid black in appearance and sold tasting as well. Thick body, perfect for a stout. Malty. Chocolate. The dominant flavor is VANILLA. A lot of vanilla. Personally I?d rather the vanilla were toned down by more than half. But lovers of vanilla stout and vanilla by itself will live the vanilla here. Nevertheless, a beer that does its job well.
Cellar Dweller - April 24, 2018Delicious! Nice black stout with a thin tan head. Cocoa scent. Cocoa, vanilla with a bit of oak and anise on the taste. Creamy but not viscous. Really nice beer!
