A black saison. Oddly similar to Guinness. Strong notes of coffee.

Vanilla, slight smoke, and chocolate nose. Taste is subtle smoke, molasses, cinnamon, raisins. Decent bitter finish. Pretty good complexity overall

Good nose. Vanilla, clove, nutmeg, light smoke, and spicy dark chocolate. Palette is some molasses, cinnamon, burnt brown sugar, young figs and dates. Nice bitter finish. Not my favorite type if beer but I respect the complexity and subtleness of the spices and flavors.
