Borderking - July 14, 2013This beer recipe needs to be refined. The wheat taste is absent and completely subsumed by an overabundance of Amarillo, which unfortunately has created an unpleasant pine-sol front end and a soapy aftertaste. I'm a hophead, but this is just a botched recipe. It's like drinking lemon-scented dishwashing detergent. I thought it was my bottle, but after two more attempts, I fear my first instinct was spot on. Just doesn't fit the flavor profile of a proper American Pale Wheat Ale.

eadams1581 - April 14, 2013Very light with great flavor. Just a touch of hops. Great session beer. Good choice for summer without sacrificing flavor.
