C. May have been too old. Spicy yeast flavor with caramel and an odd bitter aftertaste (maybe the dates) with hint of sourness.

Tan in color, very smooth. Slightly fruity.

Sweet on the nose. Smith start. Boozy finish. The dates are there but do not overpower the beer.
