Light, foamy head that dissipates quickly. Herbal and citrusy aromas. Light bodied with loads of carbonation. Tart, citrusy flavors dominate the palate. Seems true to type and prototypical of Lambic Gueuzes

Sour and tart. Very light fruity taste.

A slight bit darker light amber than Girardin. a bit more sour on the nose than Girardin with some fruitiness just discernible. Very tart but slightly more fruity with a medium body and full tingly carb. 4.75

Grapefruit note heavy-- but not too much. Still yeasty and has a slight bitter rind note

Sour apple cider smell.. Kind of vinegary and yeasty. Tastes very sour, apple, and lemon with a sort of bitter aftertaste.
