From the brewer: Egyptian recipe featuring malted barley, malted spelt, dates, ginger, honey, mandrake root tea. Refreshing, herbal character that gets its hoppiness from the mandrake root. "Tastes like a fizzy herbal tea."

Unlike any red ale I have ever tried. Thin, lacy head, with fine carbonation. Thin mouth feel, though satisfying. Goes down smooth, with a slight toasted malt/chocolate after taste that lingers. It is amazing.
