Noticeably sweet with a lovely bouquet of citrus, especially grapefruity. Though don't be put off if you're not a fan of "fruity" beers. Thick and full-bodied IPA, almost looks like beer mixed with grapefruit. Very good, very refreshing.

Almost smells medicinal. Pick up an odd 'green' taste. Hoppy but unbalanced. Not for me.

Great looking color. Very floral aroma, nothing out of the norm. Flavor has a long lingering sweetness and finishes smooth than dry, like most IPA's. Buttery pumpkin more than citrus. Was hoping more from an "organic" IPA, wish I knew what that was.

A little unbalanced which gives it an oaky, thick and caramel flavor - not bad though. Strong citrus smell without the citrus taste.
