tonyc210@gmail.com - July 10, 2015Pours black, nearly impervious to light; minimal head. Not sure about the aroma; I want to say licorice but I can't be certain. Complex flavors throughout. A nice touch of oak, blackstrap molasses, dark fruits. Finishes a bit yeasty for me, but that flavor dissipates quickly. Watch out for the 11.8% ABV.
