Just take westmalle down a notch. Same flavors, mouthfeel, and nose as westmalle, -1. A good alternative if westmalle isn't avail.

This is a delicious beer. It's amazing it isn't from a small hole in the wall belgian bar. I'm jealous at how good this is.
