Cadillac - January 12, 2018
2009 vintage. Nose is spectacular after 9 year cellaring. Some molasses and leather beneath. Flavour is similar, sweet bourbon with oak, caramel. Tastes like a Bruery anniversary beer that is slightly less boozy. A special ?old ale.?
