A-. Had it on tap on 11-28-19. Smooth rye whiskey and a mellow old ale. Had a 2006 in 2020 and it was very good, Sherry notes and mellow. Had a 2021 in July of 2021 and it had a slight sherry and alcohol aroma with lots of caramel.

Too much alcohol taste.

The more you age this, the better it gets. Wonderful depth and flavor. Almost like a good scotch. Pour it in a glass and let it warm some.

I am a total craft beer neophyte, but this beer has a hint of a Hefeweizen, which I am not crazy about. However there is something about this beer that I really like. I will definitely be drinking this again!

Smooth, malty and boozy.

Alcohol content is too high for the beer. Tastes more like a strong mixed drink more than a beer. For those who can handle: good flavor, very smooth, little after taste, subtle notes of hops. Great beer for the experienced connoisseur. Too strong for beginners or those with little/modest experience. Great beer for those who know what they are looking for.

Sweet notes, barleywineish. A little hot. Would definitely benefit from aging.
