sudz - July 2, 2016Settles into a snifter more like a fine cognac than a beer. Aromas of burnt sugar, vanilla, and toffee fill my glass...especially as it warms a bit. The flavors again are more appropriate to a fine brandy or cognac...apricot, charred oak, and sweetness, balanced by a still-present, but smooth bite of tannic hops. This is a refined, balanced, beautiful libation. And if you can get your hands on one, drink it!! Don't wait!!
