Low carb, smooth. Mid body. Coffee, burnt flavor works well with sweetness from malt. Lasting burnt flavor. Well balanced. 3.85

One of the best imperial stouts I've ever tasted. Big but not overpowering notes of chocolate and coffee. Molasses and deep black cherry creep in on the finish. Pours and drinks beautifully.

Good! Post race after RNR cup xc at vail. I don't remember it much but I think it was good and DUI on the bike! Kid.
