Very light slightly smokey nose, somewhat hoppy start, light mouthfeel with a touch of chalk, light smokey finish. Going for a Burton Upon Trent style I think.

Nice roasted flavor with a touch of bitterness. Somewhat light on the palate, with decent coffee-ish, "brown" aftertaste.

A all-round nice beer. Kinda this, kinda that. If you poured one for a friend you could pass it off as almost anything and they would be none the wiser. On the light side.
