cocamide - July 15, 2014Roasted, molasses aroma. A bit smokey/ashy. Just an ashy, roasted flavor without much else going on.
Mr. Marcus - April 26, 2014Raw bacon and ripe cherries and mirin on the nose. Smoke, raw honey and espresso. Molasses and bitter almonds on the palate. Long bitter finish. Good.
osuedj - April 28, 2013Excellent old ale aged in highland park barrels. Almost like a lean porter, traditional scotch notes come through but the peat doesn't dominate. Had at PP 4/27/13.
