I can see this being good with barbecue, but it's not really my cup of tea.

It looks like this brewery may have moved and changed this beer up a little so, for the record, I'm rating the 2012 O'Fallon Smoke beer. This beer is truly disgusting. I'm a porter and stout fanatic, but this beer tastes like 1/2 a bottle of strong stout and 1/2 a bottle of cherry cola mixed together. There's very little smokiness, and a lot of confusion. Maybe this beer was better a few years ago but what I'm drinking now, I will not order again

A really good potter with a great deal of smoke smell and flavor. Nice smooth aftertaste.

Great base Porter with a light bit definite smoke flavor. Pours very dark with ruby around the glass edge and a light tan head. Medium mouthfeel, malty, slightly roasty flavor and a smoky finish. No hop aroma, subdued smoke aroma which decreases as the head falls. This is a worthy rival to AKSP.
