Catfishbunter - September 20, 2014The brew has an interesting aroma for an IPA, with greater notes of rich fruit like plums than the traditional hoppy bouquet. Has a reddish-bronze hue with a very light, almost nonexistent head. Lightly bitter and fruity taste with a complex compliment of herbs and spices. Easily identifiable as an IPA, but it isn't overpoweringly bitter and should appeal even to beer drinkers who don't love traditional IPAs.
