Nice on tap with Nitro. Got a hint of clove or cardamom in the nose, but pure mellow and warmth with vanilla and toffee coming through in the taste with a very slight hoppiness to the finish. Would definitely order again.

Interesting seasonal ale with an odd, clove like flavor. It's good, but I couldn't have more than 1 for a while. I don't get all the fuss.

Nice malty brown. Coffee and nuts really stand out. Not overwhelming. Very nice!

Dark amber smell. Little head with slight lacing. Good rich taste that has a little coffee flavor plus toffee hints

Too much coffee. Normally love the coffee infused beers but this was a bit much.

Sweet malt flavor. Slight molasses taste with just a tad of bitterness

Chose this one completely at random because it was, well, an imperial brown, and from a brewer not available in my area. The roasty, ashy brown taste is a bit much at first, but I can't deny good flavor. The bottle says it is best served at 46 degrees, but some of the other notes come out as it warms up, and they are worth enjoying.
