Whisky Delta 94 - July 8, 2014This is a malt-driven beer with a jet-black hue and lots of roasty flavors. The roastiness is complemented with honey, added to the kettle and in finishing. The beer is aged on American white oak to give added flavors of caramel and vanilla for a smooth finish. 7.1% ABV
