Aaron - June 30, 2014A: Burnt Copper
A: Definitely pick up the sour notes on the nose. Fresh baked wheat bread. Slight butter notes
T: The sourness is perfectly balanced by the maltiness (but still makes your ears perk back a bit). Bread crust. Dried prunes. Dark cherries. Greasy French fries
M: Light mouthfeel with medium carbonation
A: The sweetness from the malt lingers along with the butteriness
Would pair very well with a burger off a charcoal grill
