At NC brewery, good Pilsner, refreshing drinkable flavor

Skunky nose but pretty malty taste. When I take a swig it's definitely malt that hits me not hops.
Nice that it's not dry but tastes too malty for a pils. Ok overall.

Update:
The slinky aftertaste is so bad I had to drop it to 1 star... Yuck

Way too much hop character for a Pilsner. Is that cascade in the nose? Does not work for me.

My new favorite, doesn't get much better! Smooth, crisp and flavorful with a subtle hint of hops.

9/9/15 - 12oz bottle into a Bootleggers tulip glass. Pours a golden yellow color with a 1/2" white pillowy head. Light mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Aroma is floral hops, spices, bread, malt and light honey sweetness. Taste is hops, citrus, malt, and a dry, slightly bitter finish. Classic Pilsner taste crisp with a slightly high hop presence, but very well balanced. Very well done. I would have it again.

Light drinking beer with slight bitter after taste. More flavor than most Pilsners. Pretty smooth

Good texture but no identifiable flavor. Bitter aftertaste

Why must we hop every beer up too much? This isn't a Pilsner, but an old school IPA before IPA meant extremely punishing hoppiness.

A smooth tasting Pilsner with a dry finish. Perfect for bbq's, hanging with buddies, or coolin' after a hard day at work.
