Delicious stout aged 2 years. Velvety smooth mouthfeel. Roasty, sweet, great

This is a great imperial stout. Subtle flavors with a nice finish. Great kick as well bit the alcohol taste is not overpowering. Drink it if you get a chance

Thick, smooth, creamy, boozy, chocolate and coffee with a distinct hop profile that lingers on the finish, like a dessert

Bad batch? Are you kidding? Better than BCS!

3-23-13 home Kind of weird mixing hoppy and imperial stout. It is ok but it is no where near as good as their Big John imperial stout...that beer is ridiculous!

VERY heavy, but in a nice warming way.

As others have said, this is a potent brew. Thick and heavy, but not so much you have to chew your way through. Hoppy, even for an Imperial style. In my opinion: very solid but not spectacular.

19DEC13, Chatham Tap, Indianapolis Draft, Goose Island wine glass Wow. Like the Big John but dry hopped. Doesn't have the same alcoholic bite, and the hops are piney with some decent citrus. 17MAR13, Cole's house 22oz, wine glass Agreed
