Very smooth. Not typical of an ale as it's not very hoppy. Tastes more largerish.

I used to think this was a good beer. I experienced a few well crafted beers and realized there is nothing special about this brown ale. I drank a 6 pack of it and felt nothing. Definitely better beers out there with much more flavor. This is the budweiser of brown ales
