Has a long grain bill including wheat, oats, rye and they are well balanced. Crispy mouthfeel. Has an essence of honeydew melon - a light sweetness and full body. I find it quite delicious.

Great head and body. Tasted citrus and pumpkin spice (nutmeg?). Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Creamy thick white head. Golden and cloudy. Cloudy golden and slightly particulate body. Slight yeastiness of ripe fruit and rind alongside spicy hints of coriander and earthiness. Milder taste than nose with a faint black pepper and a spicy crispness added to by a strongly carbonated crisp mouthfeel. A good saison.
