Some interesting, but fleeting flavors. Coffee is apparent, bitterness is nice. You can tell its Redhook off the bat, as it resembles some of their other brews. Lives up to its name in that there is a dirt note in there. The carbonation is grainy, as is the mouthfeel and aftertaste.

Hoppy with a refreshing bit of bitter. A good ale for spring with forward looks to summer. Notes of cocoa, blonde coffee, citrus. Pleasant finish. Good for taking to a BBQ or gathering.
