Higgsyboy - January 22, 2014Firstly, this is mot a Euro Pale Lager. But, as a saison, it is crisp and refreshing. The ginger and honey tastes come through balanced and noticeable, but not overpowering. Mouthfeel is light and slightly syrupy.
