A lot going on with this one but all the flavors run together nicely. Smooth fruity and sweet. No hint of the 10.2%. Bottle to glass at Pops.

Fantastic quad!! I?m an imperial stout and barrel aged drinker but I?m drinking much more trappist lately and is outstanding.

Tasted this at the brewery! Strong and fruity wine like flavor, but I liked it! Can?t drink too much of this quad, I?d rather drive home than walk!!!

Smells like dried fruits. On pull plums,cherries, coffee, chocolate, taffy, caramel, Trappist yeast and the kitchen sink. Lot going on her. Does have a slight burn. This is a sit down sipping ale. I'm sure flavors will change on warming
