Tasty beer - pretty much a triple ipa. Extremely sweet, yet surprisingly light bodied. Hop flavor is not overwhelming; actually nicely balanced. Sweetness is a bit overwhelming. Makes a great dessert beer.

A to A+. Simcoe in a huge aroma and flavorful way with a great malty beer. Not bitter.
