bersnobs - May 4, 2014Wow. I wanted a tasty, chocolate extravaganza and this did not disappoint. BIG chocolate flavor with high alcohol finish. Impressive. Everything you would want in a sweet, tasty beer.
jboston - March 9, 2013Got a bomber at home. Really chocolatey. Almost fake mokah flavor. Starts sweet & ends a little bitter.
bugs318 - December 8, 2012Pours a thick oily black topped by a tan head of fair retention and smooth lace. Aroma is faintly of coffee but with strong dark chocolate syrup dominance. Taste is similar and sweet, but not milk stout cloying sweet with dark chocolate most notable. It finishes with a lightly bitter chocolate and faint piney hops that dries put well, while the feel is full and sticky on the lips.

chulk771 - November 11, 2012Light-mid body.light carb. Slight Burnt coffee. Smooth. Sweet from alc. carb, coffee, and burnt malt hide alc content. Not too complex flavor, but mocha sweetness is clear. 3.8
ryanjmuir - October 26, 2012As expected strong chocolate and coffee aroma and taste. Poured dark without much head and minimal lacing. Very smooth mouthfeel which surprisingly hides the strong APV.
