Interesting beer..half IPA half stout. Definitely worth trying

Strong Chocolate on top of stone's consitently solid IPA foundation
Worth trying once

This has a very strong espresso like taste to it. Extremely good flavor; however, it does get a little too much about halfway down. For me, this is a great beer as one of four for a mixed flight.

The flavors really compliment each other well

His has the greatest mocha flavor a beer can have. Stone can do no wrong.

There's a definite hint of chocolate but it melds so well. Gives it a malty appeal. Tasty.

Hoppy smell. Chocolate taste up front with a slight hop finish. Strange mix.

Great concept poor execution... Not much cocoa or authentic coffee flavor... Just an intense, unnatural, overwhelming sweetness followed by a ton of hops.. This tastes like some of Stones earlier garbage..disappointed

Damn good IPA which combines citrus and hoppiness with a roasted malty finish.
