waydena - February 14, 2015First off way over carbonated in bottle - got half glass of head on first pour... Piney / grassy hops. Tart finish rather than bitter hops. More malt taste than your average IPA. Slightest tinge of sweetness. Trivia note: son of Alan Scott wines (very good Sav Blanc) started Moa originally. Trivia note 2: Moa is an extinct flightless bird of NZ - bigger than Ostrich...
