Slight carbonation, smooth. Mid body. Sweet from malt, with coffee, burnt finish. Nice. Lasting flavor. 3.75

Wow! We were considering this beer, and some beer hipster on the other side of the bar was touting it, talking about the mouthfeel and how it was like drinking milk. So... That secured the decision to order one. It DOES feel like milk, and its essentially like drinking chocolate teat milk right from the nozzle. Really good example of a style I really enjoy. Balanced, with unexpected smokiness in the middle. My interest in trying out some of their other brews is definitely piqued!
