Sudsey - June 25, 2012Tingly effervescence with a slight sour/bitter start, gives way to a malty, caramel-like sweet middle, hints of plum or cherry (almost a Dr. Pepper flavor) underlying throughout. Finishes with an oaky, smokey, vanilla-tobacco tone. Very nuanced, very good. I think I have found my perfect beer.
