Cigar City + imperial stout = cant go wrong. Equation turned out correct. Full bodied. Sweet. Brown sugar. Chocolate. Touch of coffee. Malty. Given that you almost have to chew it to get it down, Zhukov is surprisingly good with food. Picture here shows way out of date label image!

Very dark and thick, almost like syrup but quite tasty

First taste and smell was strong coffee notes, completely over powered the beer, served at 36 deg. As it began to warm up, the coffee/espresso lightened and the beer began to shine. Complex beer with chocolate, coffee, malty notes. Very thick body, almost chewy. Not my cup of tea but still a very well made beer. Putting it at 4 stars for quality.
