Strong 3 Floyds flavor in this pale ale.

Pours dark amber with a large frothy head. The head has a sweet stickiness that the beer does not. A large amount of lacing. Smells malty, with a bit of citrus and floral. Tastes citrusy at first but quickly gives way to sweet malts. Slight resiny texture. Nice beer.

Just tasted it at local option. Made with Michigan hops. Very flat hop flavor and mostly malty.

Really solid pale ale. Piney floral hop taste, great balance, slippery. Bottle, April 2014.

Great beer. Light start. Citrus in the middle with aroma of grapefruit. Slightly bitter finish. Great American ale!

26FEB14, Holy Grale, Louisville, KY Draft, lager glass Pours a clear copper with off white head. Floral citrus aroma is great. Flavor is better. Extremely drinkable initially sweet and just a hint of bitterness underneath finishes sweet and wet. Refreshing, light an almost creamy mouthfeel is really interesting with the medium to high carbonation. Hops are sweet, almost a sugary floral. With a tiny bit of grapefruit. Delicious. 28JUN14, Ale Emporium, Indianapolis, IN Draft, pint Still fantastic. Superb.
