zabagar - March 29, 2015I love scotch ales / wee heavy in general but this one is just "good". I gave it 3 of 5 stars which is low for me.
web - January 2, 2014Nice malt-forwardness, low bitterness but still a touch of burnt aftertaste. Nice hints of cream soda washing through the mouth as you swallow. Overall a 3.5, a good effort that's worth checking out, though Devil's Canyon Full Boar Scotch Ale is a full star above this in my book, and has less than half of the IBUs that this one does.
