Blonde Bock. Floral aroma with a hop bite and smooth malt finish. Pale malt flavors balanced with Rich hop character and a light fruit he became. The aroma provides a potent kick. Goes well with Asiago cheese (Satori Asiago with Rosemary & Olive Oil).

Dark yellow with a slight orange tint and a tall white head. Malty with just a hint of wet cardboard on the nose. Malty with a slight sweetness. A little bitterness towards the end but finishes clean. Bottle
