Nice beer. Sweet dark fruits and sweetness at the end. Dark and malty up front. I like it.

Reddish brown with a light tan head. Good clarity. Malt and a wet cardboard aroma. Mildly sweet no bitterness. Mild cardboard flavor. Alcohol, what alcohol? Hides any alcohol to a dangerous point. 12 oz bottle

Solid; wouldn't buy on its own. The alcohol makes it taste more like a Belgian strong ale rather than a German style beer.
