B. A vey good Saison. Flowers and spice aroma, malt, wheat, yeast and a bit of sweet in flavor.

Moderate saison. A bit thick for the style, which would be fine if the spices were a bit more accentuated. Regardless, good palate and nose; though an experiment from standard, it shouldn't disappoint.
