Nice head but no lacing or retention to speak of. Deep mahogany in color. Aromas are yeasty of sweat and pear; blindly I would confuse it with a Belgian blonde. Flavor wise, it is more style appropriate with a malty sweetness offset by the (illusory) peat notes that characterize the style. Though immediately drying, a residual sweetness lingers. Fairly light carbonation and body. Good, but not great.
