Xavier_32 - September 12, 2012Very light flavor, rather low carbonation, and mildly bitter aftertaste. If blindfolded, one would swear that it's a domestic beer attempting to be an amber.
What makes this strange is the alcohol content. There's such little flavor that you'll find yourself drinking it like a session beer. But two beers in, and you definitely feel the alcohol content.
killWill - February 23, 2012Never was 10.50% ,it was 10.80%. Due to a lawsuit Indian wells brewing co. Had to drop it to 8.% don't know if it's still considered a dopple bock anymore. Still pretty tasty. Perfect for a cold night.
iendi - January 14, 2012It tasted really flat. Not much flavor. Even after contrasting it with pizza. Not going to buy again.
malawijay - November 26, 2011Lobotomy Bock is an acceptable beer. It's a much lighter flavor than you might expect from this style, but it went down easy and inoffensively--refreshing in a pinch on a cool autumn afternoon.
