NieceyB - August 12, 2014Nice weisse with tropical/fruity/sour notes. Very dry taste. Good with food. Cloudy golden yellow.

Pours a clear straw with a one-finger white head that quickly dissipates to a decent film. Has a very strong farmhouse and sour aroma. The flavor is okay. It's a little more sour than I anticipated. Not like a sour style, but not sweet like I had thought. Meh. It has interesting weisse flavor, but that's not my preference, either.
arand - April 11, 2014Quite unique. Hard to rate for that reason. Smells and tastes like the jungle. I'm sure it would pair well gourmet dishes.

rhowey - January 8, 2014Not exactly what you expect for a Berliner Weisse. But it is a really tasty high gravity mildly tart beer. Perfectly drinkable without the fruit syrups that you need with real Berliner Weisses. Plus it has an alcohol content that differentiates it from what Germans call kinder beer.
