Round and slightly effervescent. Coco and coffee with a wet slate on the nose. Blackberry. Like a Lambrusco.

First off I would just like to say delicious! This dark heavy stout has a wonderful look of dark brown/ black color with a full deep brown and coffee colored head. A nice nose of molasses and chocolate scents and a soft mild coffee on the background. The taste has a wonderful full body of sweet chocolate and robust coffee. The back end has a semi sweet molasses taste and almost a tip of the tongue bitter flavor almost like a carob chip or bakers chocolate. It's wonderful

Slightly bitter, semi sweet finish. Nice carbonation balance.

I'm not a big stout fan, but I really like this one. Great cocoa aroma and very smooth taste.

Draft - Flavorful, not heavy although very dark in color - standard stout. Nice sensation on the tip of the tongue. Dec 2013

Good heavy stout with malty bourbon like end.

Awesome, dark, big head, huge full flavor, strong delicious aftertaste.

Smells of molasses; tastes of chocolate coveted raisins. Lighter for a stout. DELICIOUS.

8.8% ABV REALLY smooth for a high ABV stout. Very dark. Reminds me of Dragon's Milk.

First hint of raisins and foam was light. Not bad but there are better stouts
