Seems like a classic sour. Almost like a champagne. Fun to drink. A bit of an acquired taste.

Pours with a thin white head. Smell of apple cider. Taste is distinctly lemony and refreshing although quite sour. Finish is bitter. No horse blanket or barnyard character in this lambic. Clean flavors.

Very high carbonation. Pours with a great off white head. Very nice sourness in the nose. Light gold in color. Pretty sharp sourness upfront. This bottle is only five months old and would probably be better and more balanced with a bitter age. Overall a refreshing beer. Not my favorite gueuze.

A lot of effervescence that leads to a long lasting head; and a nice, deep cider color. Sour in the nose and early in the mouth, but sweetening in the finish. Light dryness and a short finish.
