great read color, carbonated with a light frothy head. It smells like raspberry and tastes like a tart raspberry. I like lambics, who knew?

Tart and dry as soon as it hits the tongue. Gives way to a prounouced raspberry followed by the sweetness, which albeit very sugary, does not linger long. Finishes crisp, though slightly syrupy. Good framboise lambic, but the acidity is not pronounced enough to balance the sweetness. Great properly paired with food, but the excessive sugar makes it fall short of being sessionable. Overall, its wide availabilty make it an acceptable lambic, though at its price-point, there is better framboise lambic if selection is not an issue

My favorite lambic till I can stomach the sugar to try more. Perfect raspberry balance of sweet and rich. Looks great in a flute at parties.
