Flavors of lemongrass and ginger are delicate enough but are compensating for a mediocre blonde Ale.

Wow the initial taste was good but once the ginger kicked in yuch this is awful dreadful !!! Unless you like ginger pass on this one. Not sure what to do with my three remaining bottles either gonna give them away as Christmas gifts or keep them in the back of the fridge and pull them out for guests and say I've got something for you to try. Hahaha

Strong ginger notes as the name implies, but surprisingly well-balanced. Very good for a specialty beer.
