Jet black in color. Held directly up to the light only a light shimmer of deep rich red shines through along the edge. Fine bubbled thick head. Rich malty nose with moderate alcohol. Initial flavor falls flat, ramps up a bit with some rich malts then finishes flat. Lingering malt flavors build as you sit after drinking. Mouthfeel was very much like that of milk. Overall, flavor fell short of what the eye and nose promised.

Excellent beer. Smells and looks like a cappucino. Relatively light for a stout, but makes it easy drinking.

Great nitro poured beer. Not very strong stout but fun to drink and would pair well with chocolate chip cookies.

You're supposed to pour it hard and fast in order to get a great cascading effect. I love this beer and it's probably the best milk stout I've ever had, and the only nitro stout I've seen in a bottle.

Make sure you "Hard Poor" into a glass or it will taste very flat straight from the bottle.
