10/15/15 - Canyon Pizza in Yorba Linda. 32 oz on draft. Pours a copper brownish color. Avg carbonation, good head, poor retention, but good lacing. Medium body and mouthfeel. Aroma is bready malt, light caramel. Taste is same. Very typical Vienna lager, good beer.

Has a weird initial taste. Almost raisin like. Smooth,not biter.

An exceptional American amber lager, with a full flavor. Nice dark coffee tones and hoppy texture screams in the palate. Subtle taste compared to the robust red ale such as Killian's. Cheers, from sunny Southern California USA! 11/7/13
