Delicately sweet, but not subtle on the anise. Pairs well with BBQ ham flatbread.

Thick head. Very spicy but no bad after taste. Inexpensive for a Belgian abbey ale. Pour in glass...

Awkward taste but do agree it does pull you in for more!! Not sure if this is a Trappists beer but if so not one of the best but strangely good lol...
