The slogan is perfect, "Taste the Silence". Awesome beer! Hits the first half of your tongue and then disappears. No aftertaste whatsoever. Those monks can brew! If I was millionaire, this would be my go to beer.

Mosher pour: food head, light amber. Smell: spicy, raisins and plum up front. Great aroma. Flavor: wow, full blossom of deep plum and raisin flavor. No hop flavor. This is a great Tripel. Top 5.
